Test-version notice

Truephase Notes is being tested with clinics before it is used for real. While this notice applies:

• Practice patients only. Use the made-up patient "Mr John Test, Patient# 900001" or another invented one. Do not open a real patient's record with Notes.
• Made-up conversations only. Do not type, paste or record anything a real patient said.
• Check before you save. Every answer Notes writes is a draft. Read the whole form before pressing Save in JellyPx. The extension never presses Save for you.
• Recording uses Chrome's built-in speech-to-text, which sends audio to Google. Practice conversations only.
• Truephase will tell your clinic's owner in writing when real use is switched on. That notice comes with version 1.0 of the Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Agreement, after a solicitor has reviewed them.
