Companies we work with - Truephase Notes
Version 0.1 · 7 November 2026. A sub-processor is a company that handles personal information on Truephase's behalf so that we can provide Notes. This is the complete list for Truephase Notes. Each company is bound by written terms to protect the information and to use it only to provide its service to us. We email every clinic at least 14 days before adding or changing one (clause 3.4 of the Data Processing Agreement).
| Company | What it does for Notes | Where the data is | Sees patient information? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase, Inc. | Database, user logins, backups | London, United Kingdom (AWS eu-west-2) | Yes: the encrypted answers and encrypted patient reference. Cannot read them without the key, which is not in the database. |
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts the Truephase website and the server code that talks to the AI | United States company; our server code runs in London (region lhr1) | Yes, in memory for the seconds it takes to fill a form. Nothing is stored there. |
| Anthropic PBC | The AI model that drafts the notes | United States | Yes: the form's questions and the conversation, for the seconds it takes to draft. Not used to train models. Data processing addendum with zero data retention to be in place before any real patient. |
| Stripe Payments UK Ltd | Payments, when billing is switched on | United Kingdom, United States | No. The clinic owner's billing details only. |
| Google LLC | Chrome's built-in speech-to-text, behind the extension's Record button | United States | Practice audio only. Truephase has no agreement with Google about this audio, so recording is never used with a real patient. |
Coming: a transcription provider with a signed data processing agreement, in the UK or EU, with audio deleted straight after processing. It will be added here, and clinics told, at least 14 days before recording is allowed with real patients.
Not involved: JellyPx. The extension reads the JellyPx page open on the physio's screen and never connects to JellyPx's systems.
