Truephase Notes is a Chrome extension for physiotherapists using JellyPx. It takes the consultation, writes the Initial Assessment or SOAP note, and fills the form. You read it and press Save. It never presses Save for you.

How it works

  1. 1. Add to ChromeInstall the Truephase Notes extension and sign in with your Truephase account.
  2. 2. Open the formOpen the patient's Initial Assessment or SOAP note in JellyPx and click the green t.
  3. 3. Paste or recordTick the patient, paste the conversation or record it, press Fill the form. About 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Check and saveGreen = filled, orange = please check. Read it through and press Save yourself.

Straight answers

What does it cost?
£25 per physiotherapist per month, paid by the clinic, cancel any time. Nothing is charged during the test period.
Where does the patient's information go?
To Truephase's server in London, and to Anthropic's AI in the United States for the seconds it takes to draft. We keep the answers, encrypted, for 12 months. Never the conversation, never audio. Privacy Notice.
Is it safe to use with patients now?
Not yet. This is the test version: practice patients only, until the legal review is complete and we tell your clinic in writing.
