Before you continue: what you are agreeing to, in short Everything Truephase does with your information, and your patients', is written down below. Read as much or as little as you like: the short version is here, the full wording is behind Read more , and it is the full wording that counts. You can come back to it any time at /legal .
Truephase Notes drafts your clinical notes from the patient conversation and puts them into the open JellyPx form. A physiotherapist reads every answer and presses Save. The extension never presses Save or Submit. This is the test version. Use it with practice patients only, never a real patient, until Truephase tells you in writing that real use is switched on. The clinic pays a monthly fee per physiotherapist, in advance, by card through Stripe once billing is live. There is no charge during the test period unless we agree one with you in writing. The clinic stays responsible for the clinical record. The AI drafts; it does not decide anything about a patient's care. Patient information stays the clinic's. We keep the written answers for 12 months (the clinic can shorten this), never the conversation, never audio. We never sell it and never use it to train AI models. It is month to month. Either of us can stop with 30 days' notice. You get a copy of your saved notes within 14 days of leaving and we delete them within 30. The extension reads only the JellyPx page open on the physio's screen. It never connects to JellyPx's systems and cannot see any other patient's record. When a form is filled, the form's questions, the conversation and the patient reference go to Truephase's server in London. The server sends the questions and the conversation to Anthropic's AI service in the United States to draft the answers. Truephase keeps the AI's written answers and the patient reference, encrypted, for 12 months (the clinic can shorten this). It never keeps the conversation or any audio. About you we keep your name, email, mobile, HCPC number, clinic, role, your login records, what you agreed to and when, and a log of who filled which form. Billing details are handled by Stripe. We never sell information, never use it for advertising and never use it to train AI models. You can ask for a copy of your information, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at privacy@truephase.co.uk. Your clinic is the controller of its patients' information; Truephase is the processor and acts only on your instructions. Truephase keeps the AI's written answers and the patient reference, encrypted, in London, for 12 months unless you shorten it. It never keeps the conversation or any audio. Anthropic (United States) drafts the notes; Supabase (London), Vercel and Stripe are the other companies involved. You are told 14 days before any change. Truephase tells you about any data breach within 24 hours, helps with patients' requests within 5 working days, and deletes everything within 30 days of the end. This is a test version. Practice patients only - never a real patient, never a real patient's details, never a real conversation. I have read and understood the Privacy Notice , including that the patient conversation is sent to Anthropic's AI service in the United States to draft the notes, and is not kept. I agree to the Terms of Use and the Data Processing Agreement on behalf of my clinic, and I confirm I am authorised to do so. I understand this is a test version : practice patients only, no real patient details, and every note must be checked before saving.
